The Green Londoner has officially joined the Hammersmith & Fulham Climate Alliance—a network of businesses and organisations committed to real climate action and driving a green economy in the borough.
With Hammersmith & Fulham’s bold goal to reach Net Zero by 2030, as reminded by H&F Cabinet Member for Climate Change and Ecology, Cllr Wesley Harcourt, the alliance provides a space where businesses (which account for 42% of the council’s emissions) and local organisations come together to learn, collaborate, and create positive change.
Leonard Bacica, Executive Director of Barons Court Theatre and guest of honour, shared the theatre’s genuine commitment to making its activities more sustainable by reducing its carbon footprint. He added that theatre reflects society, serving as a platform to raise awareness and inspire people to rethink their approach to climate action.
