The Green Londoner x LCAW 2025: A Week of Stories, Action and Collective Energy

We’re proud to announce that The Green Londoner is an official supporting media partner of London Climate Action Week 2025.

Throughout the week, we’ll be sharing a rich programme of coverage — from inspiring stories and interviews to behind-the-scenes insights and cultural highlights. Our goal: to spotlight the most impactful and imaginative ways Londoners are responding to the climate crisis.

But we’re not just reporting on it. We’re also co-organising two special events with our friends at Regen City to wrap up the week — blending urban nature, creativity, and meaningful connection.

Living Cities: A Thriving Walk Through King’s Cross

Friday 27 June | 16:00–18:00 | King’s Cross

Nature meets regeneration in this one-off guided walk through the King’s Cross development — one of London’s most ambitious urban transformations.

Co-led by The Green Londoner and Regen City, this walk invites participants to explore how nature is being thoughtfully integrated into the city’s design to support health, biodiversity, and long-term resilience.

What you’ll experience:

  • Perspectives from the team behind King’s Cross regeneration: Related Argent
  • Insights on sustainability and biodiversity from Greengage | B Corp™
  • A walking dialogue on urban nature, climate adaptation, and inclusive futures

This walk offers the perfect lead-in to our evening gathering.

Join us for an evening that connects local and global stories — from the regenerative vision behind King’s Cross to the living knowledge of the Amazon rainforest, on the road to COP30 in Belém.

Hosted in one of LCAW’s official hubs, this event is more than a social — it’s a cultural experience grounded in climate, creativity and community.

What’s on the programme:

  • After-hours access to (re)Weaving Amazonia, an immersive exhibition celebrating Indigenous resilience and design
  • A welcoming space for relaxed, meaningful conversations with fellow Londoners and climate-minded guests
  • Global perspectives on Indigenous knowledge, sustainable fashion, and storytelling
  • Mocktails, music and light bites to help you unwind and connect
